Thirty teams,
one conversation
You already have the rosters in a spreadsheet. Send them over and we set the whole organization up: teams created, staff invited, families watching free from the first weekend. There is nothing for your parents to buy.
Scoring, live video, clips and stats are free for everyone on every roster.
Rosters import with duplicate detection. Nobody retypes a name.
Four steps, about a week
You tell us the shape
How many teams, what ages, what you already use and what you wish it did. Ten minutes on the phone, or the form below.
We build it
Teams, divisions, rosters and staff, imported from your spreadsheet. Your logos on the tiles. You check it before anyone is invited.
Staff get invited
Coaches and scorekeepers get a link and a short guide. A volunteer can run a full game after one inning of practice.
The first weekend
Games are scored, at least one field is casting, and the families who could not be there are watching on a phone. That is the whole bar, and it is a low one on purpose.
What you are asked for
- A roster export, in whatever format you have
- A contact for each team, or one for the whole club
- Someone who will answer a question in week one
Free for the families.
Tools for the club.
Every game, every family
Live video, replays, automatic clips, season stats and score alerts, for every parent and grandparent on every roster, at no charge.
Rosters that survive the season
Player records belong to the family, so a kid moving between your rec league and your travel club keeps one record and one set of stats.
Staff controls
Coaches and scorekeepers are named, streaming is authorized in person, and only staff can start a game. A forwarded link cannot put a camera on a field.
Clubhouse across the club
One purchase per team covers every family on that roster. For a club buying for everyone, the price is per team and not per parent.
Your look
Team logos and colours throughout, on the tiles, the scoreboards and the broadcast overlays.
Money and scheduling
Tournament billing, gate ticketing, team fee collection and scheduling are being built now. Early access below.

One form, one reply from a person, within a business day. Nothing here signs you up to anything or charges anybody.
What clubs ask first
What does this cost our league?
Nothing, for the part every family uses: scoring, live video, replays, clips, stats and alerts. If you want the announcer, the walk-up songs, the season archive and the staff tools for a team, that is Clubhouse at $99 a season for the whole roster — bought by the club or the coach, never by a parent.
Do our volunteers have to learn something new?
A scorekeeper who has kept a book before is running in one inning. The camera is one button. We will do a walkthrough with your staff on a call, and the install guide is a single page.
Who can see our kids' games?
The teams and their followers, and whoever a coach shares a link with. Carrying a camera requires an account, always. A club can ask for its games to be visible to that club only.
Can we get the tournament billing now?
No, and nobody should tell you otherwise. Entry billing, ticketing, fees and scheduling are being built. Put yourself on the early access list and you will help decide the order they land in.
We already use something else.
Most clubs do, and most keep it for a season while they try this on one division. Nothing about Game Cast requires you to move everything at once.
