Game CastWhat this site keeps
This notice covers gamecastapp.com: the shop, the forms and the pages. The Game Cast app keeps a great deal more, because it holds players' records — that is covered by the app's privacy policy, and it is the document to read if you are a parent.
Effective October 8, 2026. United States only, and written for United States law. Game Cast is operated by the company being formed to own it; this page will name that company, and give its mailing address, before the app stores release.
What this website collects

There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no analytics network on this site. Nothing here is sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing.
Cookies
Two, both strictly necessary and neither used to follow you anywhere:
- gc_cart — a random identifier for your shopping cart, so the cart survives a page load. 30 days. It holds no personal information.
- PHPSESSID — a session cookie that carries the token protecting the forms against cross-site posts. It ends when you close the browser.
Payments
When the shop takes payment it uses Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach this server; we receive the fact of the payment, the amount, and the address you gave for shipping. Stripe's own privacy terms govern what it holds.
Email from this site — receipts, and replies to the forms — is delivered by Postmark on our behalf. We do not run a marketing list, and the forms do not subscribe you to one. If you ask to be told when something opens, you get one message about that thing.
How long it is kept
- Orders: seven years, because a record of a sale has to be kept.
- Form submissions: two years, or until you ask for them to be deleted.
- Carts that were never checked out: cleared after 90 days.
- Web server logs: days, not months.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] and ask for a copy of what this site holds about you, for a correction, or for it to be deleted. We will do it and confirm by reply. If your question is about a player's record, a photo of a child, or anything else inside the app, that same address is the right one and the app policy explains what happens.
Children
This website is not directed at children and the shop should not be used by one. Everything about children's information is in the app's policy, which is the document that matters: player records are created by a coach and held by a parent or guardian, and under-13s never get accounts of their own.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the change is described here.
