30 days from delivery, for any reason at all
Unused and in its packaging
Refunded to the card you paid with, within five business days of it arriving back
Return postage is yours, unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing

If something is broken

Tell us within 14 days at [email protected] with your order number and a photograph. We send a replacement and pay the postage both ways. You do not have to argue about it.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, send the original back and place a new order; that is faster than an exchange and it means the size you want is not sold out while the first one is in transit.

Team and club orders

Twelve mounts for a league, or caps for a whole club, should not go through this cart. Ask about a club order and you get a quote, one invoice and one shipment.

While payments are off

Game Cast is in beta and the shop cannot take a card yet. An order placed now is held at the price shown, nothing is charged, and you will get one email when the shop opens.
