Run the whole
weekend
Game Cast already scores the games and broadcasts them. The next thing it does is everything around them: take the entry money, sell the gate, collect the team fees and publish the schedule โ in the same app the families already have on their phones.
None of the four below exists today. This page is a commitment, not a product listing.
Four things,
one weekend
Entry billing
Publish a tournament, set the entry fee, and invite teams. Each one gets an invoice and pays by card. You see who has paid, who is committed and who is stalling, on one screen, instead of chasing a group chat and a spreadsheet of Venmo handles.
- Per-division pricing and early-bird dates
- Deposits, balances and refunds on a cancelled division
- A roster attached to the entry, so the bracket knows who is coming
Gate ticketing
A weekend pass per family, bought in the app before they leave the house, scanned at the gate from a phone. No cash box, no wristband roll, no volunteer trying to make change at 7am.
- Family passes, day passes and coach credentials
- Scan from any staff phone, works with no signal at the gate
- Takings settle to the organizer, itemised by day and field
Team fees
Set a season fee, split it across instalments, and let the app do the asking. Parents pay from the same place they watch the games. A coach sees a list, not a shoebox.
- Instalment plans and per-family adjustments
- Automatic reminders that stop the moment somebody pays
- What the money was for, itemised: uniforms, umpires, field time
Scheduling
Pool play, brackets, fields and times, with the app telling every family where to be and what changed. A rain delay moves one game and everybody's phone knows.
- Bracket generation, seeding and field assignment
- Push alerts on a time or field change
- Every scheduled game is already a Game Cast game, ready to score and cast
The scoreboard already
knows everything
The teams are already in it
Rosters, staff, divisions and player records exist the moment a club is on Game Cast. A tournament entry is a team that already exists, not a form somebody retypes.
The families are already here
A gate pass is worth something because the parents already have the app on their phone to watch the game. Nobody downloads anything at the gate.
The games are already live
A scheduled game is a broadcast, a scorebook and a stat line without anyone setting it up twice. The bracket updates itself from the final score.
