The agreement

Plain terms for this website and the shop. Using the Game Cast app itself is covered by the terms inside the app.

Effective October 8, 2026. United States only. Game Cast is operated by the company being formed to own it; this page will name that company, and give its mailing address, before the app stores release.

Who we are, and what you are agreeing to

Game Cast is a scoring, live video and player-record app for youth baseball and softball, and this site is where it is explained and where its gear is sold. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, do not use it.

The app is free, and free means free

Scoring, live video, 30-day replays, automatic clips, season statistics and score alerts cost nothing and are not a trial. Paid memberships add features on top and are described on the memberships page. Nothing is charged for today: Game Cast is in beta and every account currently holds every feature.

Orders

• Prices are in United States dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout.
• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a confirmation, and we may decline one — for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable. If we decline after taking payment, you are refunded in full.
• Shipping is $7.95 flat within the United States and free over $75. We do not ship outside the United States yet.
• Risk passes to you on delivery. If something arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days and we replace it and pay the postage.
• Returns: 30 days, unused and in the original packaging, for any reason. See shipping and returns.
• While payments are switched off, an order placed here is a record of intent. Nothing is charged, no card is collected, and nothing ships until we have written to you and you have confirmed.

Memberships

• Plus renews annually or monthly, as chosen, until cancelled. Clubhouse covers one team for one season and does not renew by itself.
• Cancel any time; the membership runs to the end of the period already paid for, and there is no partial refund of a period.
• A Clubhouse grant belongs to the team, so every family on that roster gets the paid experience for as long as the grant lasts.
• Features can move between tiers. If a feature you are paying for moves out of your tier, you keep it for the period you have paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not use Game Cast to record or broadcast people who have not agreed to it, to harass anyone, or to break the rules of the facility you are standing in. A game is broadcast by a volunteer with the coach's permission; whether to record at a given field is the team's decision and the venue's, not ours. We can suspend an account that is used to harm someone, and we will, without a refund where the conduct is serious.

Your content

Photos, video, rosters and game records you put into Game Cast remain yours. You give us the permission needed to store them, show them to the people you have shared them with, and process them to make the product work — clips, stats, announcements. Player records belong to the family, which is the whole design, and are handed to the player at eighteen.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. Game Cast is in beta, it runs on real hardware at a real field on real cell service, and a game can fail to broadcast. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, and to the fullest extent the law allows our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Georgia, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If a term is unenforceable the rest still stands.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and the change is described here. An order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
